BOARDING RATES
Most board rates do not include price of hay.

12x12 barn stall with attached 12x12 paddock............... $200/month
(cleaning/bedding not included)

Mare motel (north barn) with 30x55 paddock................ $200/month
(cleaning/bedding not included)

75 acre pasture with natural shelter, spring fed lake....... $250/month
(hay included – supplemented feeding 1x/day most of the year)

Small pasture with walk-in barn and auto water............. $200/month

FEEDING OPTIONS
Board includes twice daily feeding, except for back pasture board, which is supplemented once daily for most of the year. The ranch provides hay (grass and/or alfalfa) according to the following:

2 flakes/day................................................................... $85/month
3 flakes/day................................................................... $110/month
4 flakes/day................................................................... $170/month

This is a general guideline based on the fluctuating nature of hay costs.
Boarders may also choose to supply their own hay, but storage is limited.

The ranch has shavings available for purchase.
New boarders must provide proof of vaccination.
No stallions. Colts up to 18 months.
Because of our family setting, we ask that all boarders contribute to this environment by acting responsibly and using appropriate language.
